They're very sympathetic but say there's nothing they can do. They call their tech support line and that person confirms it's cancelled but they don't know why either. They say I don't have one, I show them a screenshot of the confirmation number, they look it up and say it's been cancelled. Since I didn't notice I went into the store ready to get my order. Didn't notice but an hour later they send me an email saying the order has been cancelled. Chose the option to pick up in store because it showed they had it in stock. Ordered a switch online and paid for it via PayPal. You can contact CS and they can help figure it out/possibly return your points to you. There are also many people reporting their points have been used without their knowledge.
